My name is Kacie Bridgewater. I am a junior and this is my first year being a part of the CHS newspaper staff.   Hm, how do I describe me? Well, I guess I can start off simple: My favorite color is blue, and I can’t go a day without watching Spongebob. Most people describe me as a funny kind of person. I guess I could be, it just depends on who you are. My goal is to attend one of my favorite colleges: Mississippi State to study theatre and I/O Psychology for Micro Expressions. Basically meaning I could be able to look at your face and  tell if you’re scared, angry, or lying. Creepy? Yes. I have an older sibling, Ryan Bridgewater, who graduated from Connally in 2015. I have a little mutt named Moco. My mom graduated from Richfield High, which is now called Waco High. One interesting fact about me is that I am an author. I wrote a book titled ‘Price of Guidance.’ It’s a short story about a 17 year old girl named Persia, who was hated upon by the church due to some preferences she had, and eventually kicked out. One day she was appointed to a well-known church goer, named Jo Pierce who has a dark secret that ‘got children right with God.’ No one ever knew or questioned what Pierce  ever meant by it, but Persia was soon to find out. Well that pretty much wraps it up for me.
